TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AA DERMA CLINIC
INTRODUCTION
At AA Derma Clinic, we understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes changes are necessary. We appreciate your cooperation and ask for your understanding in respecting our policies detailed below.
1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We kindly request that you adhere to our appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy:
– For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours or less of your appointment, or in cases of no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee of the treatment cost will apply. This will be automatically deducted from our system using your payment card stored on your account. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
– No Show Policy: Missed appointments without prior notification will incur a full charge of the scheduled service cost.
2. DEPOSIT INFORMATION
– All appointments require a deposit for confirmation.
– Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or less of your appointment.
– In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling as per our policy, the deposit will be forfeited as part of the cancellation or rescheduling fee.
3. PAYMENT AND CARD DETAILS
– Online bookings are secured with a card payment.
– Your card details will be stored securely on your client account.
– Should our cancellation or rescheduling policy be applicable, the relevant fee will be automatically charged to your stored card.
4. GIFT VOUCHER TERMS
– Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
– They can be purchased both in our clinic and online.
– Vouchers are redeemable for treatments only and not applicable for product purchases.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS
– We reserve the right to modify treatment prices and services without prior notice.
– Our clinic upholds the right to decline service at our discretion.
– We conduct all treatments in compliance with industry standards and health regulations.
– Your personal data is handled as per our privacy policy, ensuring confidentiality and security.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
– Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. AA Derma Clinic is not responsible for the damage of, loss of, or for any personal belongings brought into the clinic.
– Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns before your treatment.
7. POLICY AMENDMENTS
These terms and conditions are subject to change. Your continued patronage following any modifications signifies your acceptance of these changes.

2. Managing Expectations: While we strive for excellence, results can vary based on individual skin types and conditions. We encourage open and realistic discussions about expected results.
3. Service Adjustments: In the event of dissatisfaction, we offer an initial consultation to discuss potential service adjustments or alternative treatments. Refunds are not typically provided, but we are committed to working with our clients to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
4. Feedback Period: If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please inform us within 5 days of the service. We will evaluate and may offer service adjustments or alternative treatments. Direct refunds for services are not provided.
5. Adverse Reactions: In the rare event of an adverse reaction, contact us immediately for assessment and appropriate action, which may include corrective treatments.
PRE-PAID PACKAGES & TREATMENTS
1. Commitment to Treatment Plans: Clients choosing pre-paid packages are committing to a series of treatments designed for optimal results. Refunds for unused treatments are not offered.
2. Package Adjustments: Should your circumstances change, we can discuss reallocation of remaining treatments to alternative services of equivalent value.
PRODUCT SALES
1. Sales Are Final: Products sold are considered final sales. We encourage clients to select products carefully with the assistance of our expert, Abigail.
2. Defective Products: In cases of defective products, we will offer an exchange within 7 of purchase. Refunds for products are not provided.
GENERAL TERMS
– This policy is subject to change at the discretion of AA Derma Clinic without prior notice.
– Refunds, where legally required, will be processed using the original payment method.
